Sogol Ash,MS is a Holistic Wellness Coach and Preventive Health Specialist. She received her Master’s degree in Global Medicine from USC’s Keck School of Medicine and her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from USC as well. She is currently completing her doctoral degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University and plans to practice integrative medicine in Los Angeles. Additionally, she has been a part of the fight for GNE myopathy for over five years serving as an ambassador, board member, and gala chair of NDF. Sogol is passionate about helping people reach their most optimal state of well-being. She incorporates naturopathic medicine, functional nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness techniques to create your unique recipe for wellness and guide you to live your most optimal life.
